Hello and welcome guys, I hope you have a wonderful day today, we're going to talk about the law, firm marketing strategies that will make you the number one law firm in your area in your niche in your area of expertise, and that will add another. At least fifty thousand dollars a month to your monthly recurring Revenue. Just a quick word about me where my name, my name, is Christopher Levy and I'm a digital media agency and Consulting Services where we help service-based businesses, like lawyers like estate planners, grow their monthly recurring Revenue using a holistic marketing strategy, around short form, article content and Combining that with advertising so far, we've created over 65 million views organically and have added more than half a million in additional Revenue. What is the main problem to actually standing out as a lawyer, so the problem is most people. They just open up Google when they want to find a lawyer. They don't really have a connection to any lawyer, except if they know a lawyer right.

If they get recommended a lawyer, then that changes. But the problem is: if you're not on Google, like let's say slot number one to five you're going to have a problem, and even if you are the algorithm, might change. Other people might outrank you on SEO and then what you're going to do right, if you're always relying on a single source of advertising? That'S never the good solution right. If you're, not number one, you will fight over the crumbs.

We will fight over the traffic that gets left and that counts for a lot of you and then a lot of lawyers. A lot of law firms just run um advertising on Facebook and on other platforms, and they run the super generic creative threat. So I just had a couple out there right like you. Could you couldn't tell me these are all from from different lawyers. This is just stock footage that your Agency stock photos that your agencies just slaps together and then posts as a as an ad which might work a little bit.

But you know you're not gon na get like you're gon na just be comparable. People are gon na. Look at your prices. People are gon na, be okay um, you know what does it cost for this lawyer? What does it cost for this lawyer?

Why should I work with you? I have no idea so the solution to this is you need to build a brand. You need to a brand to differentiate itself from the competition, and how do you build a brand is by actually educating the market right like by being the lawyer out there, there's only a couple people doing that in every Niche, probably like three to ten or so Going on social media actually making valuable content that people have like you, actually solving their problems, giving them tips on what happens after a car crash you're, giving them tips on what to do when they get divorced, you're, giving them tips on what to do. How to you know, make their estate plan how to make that tax plan. It'S all about kind of creating that value right like exactly the same way that I'm trying to give value to you guys right now.

You want to educate your market right, because once you build that Branch, once you build, that name and people actually know you, people will flock to you right. It'S an exponential growth and it will make it much much easier for you to sell much much easier for you to hire just building a brand out there right it's a Perpetual wheel of Awesomeness. You will put out educational content. This will lead to a branding effect. This will make it easier to sell meaning you're going to pay less per for for a client acquisition, you're gon na get more clients in the same way, you're gon na get more money and then you're going to pour back those resources into an educational content and Branding effect, so people are gon na want to work with you, specifically they're, going to call you and say like okay, I've watched your content.

We want to work with you right, like there's a thousand lawyers out there. Each have different techniques and stuff like that, but these top tier lawyers um, I don't know like many names but like people flock to them because they want to work with them. It'S not just because they Googled um injury law in Atlanta and just found found you and be like. Okay, I'm just gon na give it a try. People are gon na actually um come to you.

They want to work with you specifically right. So that's a that's! A completely different change of mindset, rather than being just a commodity, people, are going to be okay. This is my guy. How can I make this work right?

So what are the action steps for that? So, in my opinion, short form, video content is a really really great way of actually having those short educational Snippets, especially in the last space right. You just want to like answer people's questions. You want to like give them a lot of value and you can actually easily produce those you just set up a camera um. You can watch one of my videos about the short film video scripture about the hooks.

I've made articles about all of these and you can just create those articles and you would need to post one per day or at least five per week, because you will need to get a lot of volume out, especially at the beginning. Until you know exactly the angle that works - and you also want to create one - a valuable piece of long from educational content per week, right so seven pieces of short form content, one piece of long form, content that shouldn't take you more than three hours per per Week, sorry not even per day per week, and if you don't have three hours per week to invest in your brand and your marketing, then uh. You should really look at how you structure your work and what your long-term vision for your company is, because somebody else is going to do it and these people are going to out-compete here. So what are the topics that you want to um focus on right, so in the last article I didn't include this. It'S, I think, important for you guys to know the topics um that you want to make content about right like if you look at those short form, lawyers and stuff, like that they just basically take a question.

Take one questions. For example: what happened? What should I do after a car crash or what um should I do if I want to get divorced, but I haven't told my husband or wife yet right like these little questions that people keep answering, you can search Google for that, and you just want to Keep answering those questions like you want to poke the hook at the beginning anyway, want to answer those questions, because you answer them answer. You keep answering them over and over again anyway, right like so, you can. Actually, if people ask you that the next time when they reach out by email or when they call iphonei we're going to send you that over and do you also want a consultation call right.

So that's you're saving yourself work anyway right. You basically have a chat. Bot, that's not a chat bot um, and you also want to look at training topics right. That'S very important because you want to keep replicating what is already working on those platforms and you want to focus on your personal wins because you want to create content. Also around your personal life and on clients, I would probably go like 30 30.

30 33 on all of these topics. Um, I think that's very important. Then you want to find the winning creatives. You want to find those articles, those uh value posts that people are actually sharing and liking, commenting on, even if you don't run them as ads, and then you want to run them as advertising, and this is actually what we did for my Pew and this just Exploded it right. So, basically, if you look at the whole font, we want to post educational content.

We want to turn it into advertising. Then we want to send them towards more educational content, because on average people need seven hours with your brand to buy from them to buy from you. And then we want to follow up with even more educational content. If people don't directly book a call or with um, you know a call. So what are the results of this right?

So the result of this is over 50 million organic views right if you would pay for that traffic on approximity, you pay like 20 20. For that kind of traffic, that's um! Let me just quickly do the math, I think that's a hundred thousand dollars worth of traffic. If I'm not mistaken right, so you get a hundred dollar thousand dollars worth of traffic for free. You get 300 000 followers.

Each of them is somebody that is potentially interested in. Your service depends a bit on the location right. You might get people from the Philippines or, from the UK a little bit they're, probably not gon na buy your services. The same problem that we have with my Pew is that we actually have a lot of people from the states that we are not able to sell to at the moment, and you also get you also get like incredible advertising results. This is almost the the most important stuff here right, so he used to pay twenty dollars per lead, nine dollars per lead even up to 120 granted.

These are not like big sample sizes, but like 50 60 in the end of 2023, wasn't really an anomaly and right now we are paying about 2.70 per lead, we're we're paying about. Oh sorry, two pounds: 70, that's about three dollars per lead and we're paying about. Twelve dollars per call scheduled right, so that's an insane amount of volume that we're able to generate rate just by combining those two strategies and we're not even talking about the free, organic juice that we're getting. This will add at least fifty thousand dollars or more to your monthly, recurring revenue, and you will have no competition.

Nobody will be able to compete with you, because people are competing for your attention right. You really have to let this sink in. It'S you're not going to be like just a lawyer from Atlanta or just a lawyer from New York. You got ta, be the name right like you're gon na, be that Christopher, Olivier Mike Pew you're gon na have a name and people are gon na flock to you. What is the amount of work that you need to put in for this right?

I do think it's really really manageable. At the beginning, it's probably going to take you five hours max four hours max per week. Then it's going to be three hours. You can do that on your weekend. I think it's really really worth investing in that.

It'S an exponential outcome that will get you those results massively in the future right. You need to dedicate a little bit of time in the beginning, and you know you will get the up payout fast, but maybe a little bit later right, but obviously you will need a comprehensive marketing strategy and holistic marketing strategy to get all of that. To turn those turn that traffic turn that eyeballs into paying customers, you will need a system to generate the attention which I just gave you. You need a system of capturing. The attention is very easy by actually creating uh helping people solve a problem, whether that's with content, whether that's with a lead, magnet and then you need to educate them.

At the same time, I give you the recipe for that as well, and then you will just need to converse, convert people on the phone which will be 10 times easier, because people will already know you now. I do think right, like maybe that system looks like a lot of work. So for today's article we're going to be talking about five things that you should consider if you're thinking about earning your msw degree. There are just some things that i want you to keep in mind as you're thinking about transitioning into a master's degree program. The first thing that i want you to think about is the program length. Meaning do you want to do a full-time or a part-time program?

So, as you know, the msw degree is a master's level social work degree. So it's going to provide you with some advanced level coursework, and it's also going to give you the opportunity for specialization within the field you're also going to gain relevant practical experience. So be thinking about what type of work you want to do, because that's going to determine where you will do your practicum in your master's degree program. So if you complete a full time program that can take you about three years to complete so for you, you want to be thinking about what skill set. Do you want to develop?

Do you want to work more with an administrative track? Do you want to do more macro level, social work or micro level, social work or on a community level or working in schools, so really give it a lot of thought now, although you can change your specialization, it's always good to have a really clear plan around What you want to do before you get started, so some programs offer an accelerated program or an advanced standing program could be another name for it, and that's actually the program that i completed.

So i was able to get my bachelor's degree in social work which took me four years to complete and then, after that i did an advanced standing program where it took me one year to get my master's degree and the reason why it only took me one Year is because i had already completed the master's level coursework in my last year of my undergrad degree, so those courses were transferable, so i only had to do one more year at the graduate level. So because this is an accelerated program, you can end up taking more classes in one semester than you would in a traditional school year. So if you work full-time going to school, full-time might not be an option for you.

When i did my advanced ending program, i didn't work, i was able to focus strictly on school and then, after i graduated is when i focused on getting a job. So if you're working full-time, you might want to consider a part-time program so with the part-time program that can take you anywhere from four to five years now, with the range of programs that are being offered. Currently, you can also take weekend classes evening classes so really find out what meets your schedule when you're thinking about the program length.

So the second thing that you want to consider is specialization, so you want to think about what social problem, what issue within society? Within your community or within your cultural group, do you want to focus on working in so you want to think about what are those things that cause you frustration or anger, or you just don't understand why things happen to certain communities in the way that they do And you want to play an active role in advocating for change in those areas.

Now again, that's a very micro level focus. So you want to think about the level of specialization that you want to enter in within the field. So, within your specialization, you'll have the opportunity to work within a school, a hospital, a community mental health agency, a non-profit organization, an after-school program at the government level. So the possibilities are endless. It'S all a matter of where your skill sets lie and the impact that you want to have within the community and within a particular group.

The benefit and the beauty of having an msw degree is that you have a range of things that you can do. So if you were to do more of an administrative track, you would have more of a leadership capacity, so that means you would be a program coordinator program director, a community engagement manager or a program manager. The third thing you want to consider is: do you want to complete an online program, an in-person program or a hybrid, which would be a mix of the two so really think about the location and the area where you're located and whether an in-person program or online Program will be best for you. Also. What you'll need to take into consideration is the program that is in your area.

Do they offer the type of specialization that you want, so every school doesn't have the same type of specialization, so you're going to have to look at different programs to see what they offer. So when you're thinking about in person or online, you really want to think about your learning style.

What is the best way that you consume information? Do you like working in groups when you're able to have interactive conversations in a cohort and able to meet with your classmates face-to-face, or are you an online learner where you can handle self-paced work now that might require a little bit more reading a little bit more Opportunity for you to work on your own um, so you really have to think about what learning style do you have and then choose the program that best fits that now, regardless, if you choose an online program or an in-person program, the coursework is pretty much going To be the same, i will say, whichever program that you choose deciding to start an msw program requires a time commitment and it requires dedication, so really think about your life.

Think about the capacity that you have think about all the roles and responsibilities that you have going on currently and decide whether or not this will be a good option for you, because what you don't want to do is to start the program.

Then, to stop the program and start again and stop you really want to think about. Do you have the time to commit now, just because you stopped the program that doesn't mean that you can't pick up later. I just know from my experience of talking with and working with, msw students, it's always harder to start a program again once you stopped so really think about. If you have the time to dedicate to this now, what i did. I went into my master's degree program straight from undergrad.

I knew that i didn't want to take a break. I knew i didn't want to do a gap year. I knew that i wanted to go straight from undergrad and finish my graduate degree, so i could go straight into my career four, and this is the most crucial phase. You want to ensure that the program that you select is an accredited program. So what that means is you want to ensure that your program is accredited with cswe?

So cswe is an accrediting body that ensures that your program has met a certain level of rigor, and this is what 98 to 99 of employers are going to be looking at. Did you get your degree from an accredited program, so you definitely want to check to make sure before you apply for your program that the program is accredited. Accreditation is also important when you're looking to transfer or move to another state. It makes it a lot easier to transfer a degree from an accredited program to another state than to try to transfer one. That'S not because the accredited degree is going to ensure again that the program met those specific standards and it's going to be easier to transfer.

Those credits to a different state and lastly, i want to provide you with some application tips. So, when you're applying for your msw program, these are some things that you want to have in place before you apply, or that you want to be thinking about when you're ready to apply. So, first you want to make sure that you read through the full application for the msw program to ensure that you meet the gpa requirements and that you're applying for the program during the time frame that's required for you to be accepted. You also want to think about the application fee that might be due so sometimes there's a waiver that you can get um. So you don't have to pay the application fee, but you want to have your money ready and prepared when you're ready to submit your application.

A few other things that you want to have in place is one you want to make sure that you have a resume two. You want to make sure that you have your undergrad transcripts now, if you owe any money in undergrad, it's going to be hard. You'Re, probably not going to be able to get your transcripts so make sure that you don't owe money because they won't release your transcripts. If you owe before you wrap up your bsw degree, you want to talk to key people at your college or university, or you want to think about the employer where you're currently working, who can provide a letter of recommendation for you, because that'll be something else.

You'll need when you apply so most often you'll need about two or three letters of recommendation so think about those key relationships that you've been able to build, and those are the people that you want to ask early to be able to sign your letter because sometimes It can take a really long time to get those back.

Some schools do require a gre, but when i applied for graduate school that wasn't a requirement so just check your program because that may or may not be required and then lastly you're going to have to write a purpose statement. So the purpose statement is going to be a short essay, letting the college know why you want to be admitted into their program. So you want to reflect on why you want to earn an msw degree. What inspires you or motivates you about the social work profession? What prior experiences have led to your decision to become a social worker and what qualities do you possess?

That can be a good fit for the field, so you really want to communicate your desire and your hope for social change again. What social issue in the world do you hope to impact in a positive way, so you want to be very concise, but also compelling, so those are just a few of the key things that you want to consider before you apply for msw program. Have these things in place have a clear plan in place on what you want to do, where you want to go the location that you're thinking about the length of the program is the program accredited all the things that we talked about today and i'm telling you If you keep these things in mind, it'll make your journey in path to earning your msw degree a lot easier. You can expect to make at least a hundred thousand dollars a year if you get this skill. Do you know what I'm talking about computer science?

Yes, technology skills are on the rise and if you decide to go and get educated at Harvard, then you give yourself a huge advantage over anyone in the market and in terms of how you can monetize this skill. I mean the opportunities are endless. Really you could freelance and offer web design and create web pages for customers. You could could work in cyber security. If you want to specialize in that field, you could create mobile, apps or web apps.

You could specialize in cloud computing. If that's something that interests you really the number of options that you have, if you go and learn, computer science for free from Harvard is literally endless, so go check it out. The second type, of course, that I would absolutely encourage you to go and check out for free from Harvard is one that is going to give you the right skills to not just get really well paid, but also have a ton of fun at work. This type of skill is going to be perfect for you if you love having fun and playing while also working. I know that sounds like a dream.

Doesn'T it well, you can do that if you become a game developer right, so you could go and check out the courses that Harvard are offering for free to become a game developer, because the gaming industry has been growing incredibly fast. It'S literally been skyrocketing over the last years, especially now with the development of the metaverse. So the whole industry in the us alone is expected to reach 200 billion this year and the demand for skilled people who are able to bring a lot of expertise around game development is expected to grow 22 percent per year until 2030. So definitely a lot of opportunity, but now what can you do once you get this kind of skills? Well, you could obviously get a job and go work for the many Indie companies that develop games, but also for some of the very well-known ones, because your Harvard Education is going to come very significant in discussion in your interviews with those companies as well or you Could choose to freelance and maybe even grow that and start your your own business, maybe just started as a side hustle at the beginning, where you help smaller companies develop games or you could do game design for them or you could do maybe game testing at the Beginning and then get involved in the game, design and game development too, and with this you will be absolutely seen as an expert once you have the Harvard Education under your belt number three is another one that is seeing incredible growth in the marketplace and this one.

According to the US Bureau of Labor, Statistics is going to see an increase in demand of 31 by 2030, which is pretty incredible, and if you love data, then this is absolutely for you, and here I'm talking about statistics and data science Harvard are offering some pretty Incredible courses that are online and free that you can take if you want to go down this path, and not only do I feel there is going to be so much demand for this kind of skills. But but you will be able to make between 80 and 120 000 per year if you choose to work full time.

If you want to become a freelancer, you can do that absolutely with this kind of skill set as well - and I think the great thing about taking this path is that Harvard are offering not just Basics courses that will introduce you in the world of data science And statistics, but you can also go to the next level and learn to code and become, for example, a machine learning engineer. So you would be able to create algorithms, and you will be able to use your passion for technology and statistics to really be at The Cutting Edge of any technological development moving forward. So definitely look into this one.

I think it is going to serve you tremendously. The next one is, in my opinion, just as exciting, but it will be for you, if you're into Data but you'll love more the insights, part and more the representation and Reporting side of things, and here I'm obviously talking about visualization and data analysis. So if you would love to be involved in this huge movement in revolution around data and if you want to not be left behind but ride the wave then look into the courses that are being offered by Harvard around data visualization and data analysis.

There'S more than one, and they will be able to teach you not just the basics but you'll be able to become a real specialist when it comes to data visualization, and the reason why I believe this is such a great opportunity is because not only can you Use it as a full-time job, but you can do that as a side hustle as well, because every company, big or small, is looking to make more sense of their data. I literally work with so many companies, and I see so many teams struggling to make sense of the data that they have and to be able to make more informed decisions based on that data and if they're not doing this, then they're already losing they're already at A loss and - and you would be able to show your impact so quickly by enabling them to become smarter, to make better decisions that ultimately will reflect in their business outcomes.

They will be able to make more money, they will be able to save money, and that is the power of data and insights that you will be able to deliver to them. If you choose to go and learn about data visualization and data analytics from Harvard number five is one that I believe will allow you to become something that a lot of people around me are aspiring to be, and some of them have spent years and years preparing Themselves to be that, but also others are really struggling to get started, and this could give anybody a huge Edge.

And here I'm talking about two courses, not just one. One of them is related to leadership and the other one is related to remote work. And if you decide to take these two courses which are free offered by Harvard, then you would be able able to acquire a good amount of knowledge and learn from the best professors out there how to be a better leader.

And what this will enable you to do? On the one hand, very obviously, if you're already in a role, you could become a people manager and get a leadership position. But that's not what I'm talking about once you take these courses, then you would be able to offer your knowledge and expertise in so many great ways as a side hustle, and you could obviously do that as a leadership coach. So you could work with new managers. You could work with people who are just starting out in this realm of leadership and guide them at the beginning.

You could offer your services to companies who offer leadership coaching and, for example, write for them. Content for social media write blogs for them write their newsletters by the way, if you're interested in writing as well. So make sure you check that one out as soon as this article is over all in all, if you're interested in leadership - and maybe you have some experience as a people manager - then definitely check out. Writing - and you might be thinking okay, but how do I monetize that? Well, it's actually not as hard as you think, because persuasive writing is so critical for sales. So once you take the course in persuasive writing, you will have a great tool set to be able to write copy for sale, so sales copy or copywriting services.

So you will be able to very quickly and very lucratively monetize this skill. If you choose to become specialized in writing copy for sales - and here you could do that for landing pages for any products or services that are being sold online, you could write email sequences for funnels that are being used for companies to follow up with their leads And convert them into clients, or you could do that as an end-to-end service, for anybody who is looking to let's say up their game when it comes to their online sales and are looking for somebody who is not just talented but also educated in persuasive.

Writing. So look into this training. I honestly think everybody should take it. You enter all of those things and then at the bottom, you'll select register. It has officially been 3 days, and now we have to see if we were able to make those $ 40 every 30 minutes that everybody in these YouTube streets is making. So my plan was to not check anything during that 3-day weit. However, if you know me, you know me on that first day I did take a sneak peek and I'm glad I did because when I went to traffic Adar it said that the website did not work when they looked at it. Now I can say one thing I didn't check before we uploaded and shut everything down was the link that came from CPA grip. I didn't check that Tundra file and when I clicked on it, it didn't even take me to the iPhone that I'm supposed to be promoting.

It actually bought me to some type of rental assistance website, so I went on ahead and start clicking on a bunch of random links to see if it was going to bring me to whatever that promotion was, and all of them that were connected to Italy were Leading back to this rental assistance website not to be be fair. One reason this could be happening is because that link is supposed to be taking us to a website. That'S in another country - and I believe you can't view other Count's websites unless you go and do something like download a VPN and install that into your computer.

But that could be the reason that every time I clicked on the link, it redirected me to a United States website. So at this point I decided to check the link that I saw in one of the YouTube videos where they were talking about. They were able to make this amount of money by doing this, and when I typed out the link they had displayed on their screen right here. It also did the same thing and it said that this URL was blocked. Now Monique is not saying that they out here just lying about making this money.

I don't know what they have going on with that. But that's why I'm here today, because I wanted to make sure this was legit, so you don't have to waste your time if it is not. Now, let's talk about this rental assistance website that keeps popping up, because when I was on CPA grip under the United States promotions, I did see this specific rental assistance promotion that we can use. So, in order to see if this works at all, I decided to go ahead and use that one since they keep sending me there anyway, and I did the entire same process and when I did that I came to the same problem. Bitly blocked the link.

So I did come up with one more way to try and that was to go directly to their rental assistant website and just copy that link and the reason I did that was because there was still an affiliate ID that was in that link.

So I do believe it was still able to connect me to that promotion, so I can get paid and when I added that direct link to traffic Ado this time it actually worked, it took a lot of effort, a lot of trial and error, but it seems Like the only way that you can get this to work with traffic ad bar is, if you are using promotions from your country so after we finally got all of that together.

Now we are back here today A few days later and we are going to take a look at this together, which it shows that no, I did not get those 1,22 views that they promis.

You will get in 3 days, but we did get 10, which is still more than what I even thought we will be able to get at this point now when it comes to the part. You really really want to know how much money was made right on over here.

You will find that we made a good 0, which I told you that magic number is around 1 %, so to have zero out of those 10 is still kind of On Target. So the main question right now is: is this worth you trying it and I personally would not waste my time doing this.

However, I will say this much. I could have made a mistake during this entire process somewhere along the line that stopped me from getting all of the views that they said I can get and also, if you're in another country trying this. You may have better luck with this, and then there are other ways that you can promote this one way.

I know a lot of people try to promote links is through Pinterest, but for me there are so many unanswered questions. It took a lot of effort to try to figure this out, so I'm going to say that I would personally pass on this now.
